JUNE 2021:  Another very happy client this week.  This out-of-state manufacturer/distributor was threatened with criminal prosecution and loss of license by the Georgia Department  of Revenue.  After our discussion with the Department and the Hearing Officer, we got the unintentional violations reduced to probation and a nominal fine, and the client got to keep its license to conduct business in this state.
